Bio  

Katharine was born and raised in a small coastal town in the North East of England.  After spending most of her teenage years acting in local productions, Katharine decided to travel around the world.  Her journey took her through Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia.  

Arriving in Los Angeles with a renewed passion and an even greater desire to study her craft, she was soon accepted into the summer program at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.  The following fall she enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute and spent three years there continuing to develop her talent.  

Katharine’s theatre credits include Private Lives at Long Beach Playhouse (Amanda); The Verdi Girls at Laguna Playhouse (originating the role of Breda); ‘Night Mother at Stage Lee Strasberg; and Hamlet at The Next Stage (Queen Gertrude). Most recently she played Barbara in Theatre 40’s Ovation Award Nominated show, Black Coffee by Agatha Christie. 

Katharine has appeared in numerous independent films, including Dreams Play Apart that won Best Feature at the 2010 Bel Air International Film Festival, and Sinners that won Best Picture at the 2007 Swansea International Film Festival, UK.
 
Most recently Katharine played the lead role in the Sci-Fi feature, Alien Armageddon, directed by Neil Johnson and starring Claudia Wells (Back to the Future) and Marilyn Ghigliotti (Clerks).
